Molegro Virtual Docker 2007 v2.2.5 Released

The latest version of Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD v2.2.5) was released on August 27th, 2007. We recommend MVD users to update to this version.

New Features

• The Data Analyzer now supports coloring of 2D/3D plots and spreadsheet rows, a Dataset Finder has been added to quickly search the current dataset, new options for preparing and repairing data, support for subsets and more...
   
• Cavity Dialog: It is now possible to include ligands and cofactors as target molecules and to specify a minimum/maximum volume.
   
• Added 'Split Bond' context menu command to split small molecules into fragments.
   
• Pose Organizer: It is now possible to specify the threshold for the 'Show distant residues' option.
   
• Several bug fixes and minor GUI updates (see the release notes for details).
