Molegro Virtual Docker 2007 v2.2.0 released

The latest version of Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD v2.2.0) was released on May 7th, 2007. We recommend MVD users to update to this version.

Notice that although the program normally checks for updates on startup, some corporate firewalls do not allow this type of traffic.

New Features

• Similarity Docking for flexible ligand alignment and focused template docking.
• Data Analyzer (formerly named 'Regression Tool') for creating regression models (using neural networks or MLR), visualizing data, and performing feature selection.
• Structure randomizer (randomization of position, orientation, and torsional angles).
• Docking from external data sources making it easier to setup and distribute large screening runs.
